All companions on Charigents are AI-generated personalities, and 30-day Fan Access Passes are fixed-term and never auto-renew unless you explicitly enroll in a recurring membership.
1. Separation Between Fan Accounts (charigents.com) & Creator Studio Accounts (charigent.com)
Charigents (charigents.com) is our consumer fan discovery and interactive companion platform. Signing in with your Charigent identity creates an independent Fan Profile on charigents.com so you can bookmark favorites, manage your Fan Wallet, unlock 30-day companion passes, and engage in 1-on-1 conversations. Using charigents.com as a fan never requires purchasing a Creator SaaS plan on charigent.com.
2. AI Identity & Non-Human Companion Disclosure
Every companion, character, and persona published on charigents.com is an artificial intelligence (AI) personality created and configured by a creator using the Charigent studio. You acknowledge and agree that:
- All messages, voice outputs, and persona replies are generated by automated AI models, not a human being typing live.
- AI companions are designed strictly for entertainment, creative storytelling, and digital companionship.
- AI companions are not licensed medical professionals, therapists, mental-health counselors, attorneys, or financial advisors. Never rely on an AI companion for emergency, clinical, legal, or financial decisions.
3. 30-Day Fan Access Passes, Fan Wallet & Pricing Transparency
- 30-Day Fan Access Passes: When you unlock a 30-day Fan Pass for a character, you receive time-limited access for the stated pass duration (e.g., 30 days). Standard Fan Passes are one-time, non-auto-renewing entitlements—you will never be billed a recurring monthly charge when a 30-day pass expires.
- Fan Wallet & Live AI Usage: Your Fan Wallet (funded in USD via Stripe Checkout) pays for Fan Pass unlocks and real-time AI conversation credits. Current pricing and available wallet balance are always displayed before you confirm a transaction.
- Optional Auto-Recharge & Memberships: Wallet auto-recharge or recurring creator memberships are strictly opt-in, require your explicit checkbox consent, and can be disabled with one click at any time from the creator access page.
4. Acceptable Use, Age Requirements (18+) & Safety Rules
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase passes, fund a Fan Wallet, or interact with mature-rated companions. You agree not to use Charigents to generate or solicit unlawful content, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation of minors, self-harm encouragement, or unauthorized impersonation of private individuals.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & Support
Because digital Fan Passes and AI generation credits are provisioned immediately upon confirmation, settled AI usage is generally non-refundable except where required by law or approved through our formal Creator/Fan Refund Request flow at /creators/:id/access.
