Your Privacy at a Glance: Your 1-on-1 conversations with AI companions are private to your Fan Account. We do not sell your personal data or run third-party behavioral ad trackers on
charigents.com, and you can export your fan account data anytime at /account.
1. Data We Collect for Fan Accounts
- Fan Profile & Sign-In Data: Your pseudonymous fan principal ID, chosen fan display name, language preference, and active session timestamps.
- Saved Favorites: The list of public creator/companion profiles you explicitly choose to bookmark in Saved Favorites.
- Private Conversation History & Memory: Messages exchanged between you and an AI companion in
/conversations/:idso your companion can maintain continuity and context across sessions. - Commerce & Wallet Records: Fan Wallet top-up intents, 30-day pass entitlements, age attestation status (when required), and transaction receipt IDs. Payment card numbers are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on Charigents servers.
2. Private Fan Conversations vs. Public Creator Profiles
Public profiles on charigents.com/discover and charigents.com/creators/:id are visible to all visitors. Your 1-on-1 conversations are private to your Fan Account (or your verified guest pass token) and are never published to the public directory. Creators receive aggregated analytics and payout accounting without unrestricted access to your private payment credentials.
3. AI Model & Cloud Infrastructure Providers
To generate real-time companion responses, your conversation prompts and relevant thread context are transmitted over encrypted TLS connections to our managed AI inference providers and Core platform infrastructure. Providers are contractually prohibited from using private Charigent fan conversations to train public third-party advertising profiles.
4. Exporting & Deleting Your Fan Data
- Self-Service JSON Export: Sign in at Fan Account (/account) and select Export fan account data (JSON) (
/api/account/export) to download a portable copy of your fan profile and active sessions. - Session Revocation & Deletion: You can sign out or revoke other active sessions immediately on /account. To request complete deletion of your fan profile and conversation history, email [email protected].
